We are recruiting at Tinubu a Engineering Lead  to join our Paris team to design, evolve, and operate the shared platform that powers our credit-insurance SaaS. 

You will lead a small, senior team building secure, multi-tenant, observable services and the tooling that enables product squads to ship fast with confidence. You’ll partner closely with France and India teams to set standards, own SLOs, and drive operational excellence at scale

Responsibilities :

1) Platform Engineering

• Design, develop and maintain shared platform services: Keycloak (OIDC/SSO), Grafana/Prometheus/Loki for observability, Istio/Knative for service mesh, OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing.
• Operate Kubernetes (EKS) and manage deployments via Helm.
• Define and administer multi-tenant environments for internal squads and customers.

2) Reliability & Resilience (SRE)

• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Promote progressive delivery, automated rollbacks, and chaos engineering.
• Architect active-active multi-region with no manual recovery.
• Build automation that increases availability and reduces toil.

3) CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code

• Evolve CI/CD chains with GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Manage infra with Terraform and GitOps practices.
• Maintain reusable Helm templates, shared pipelines, and cross-cutting automations.

4) Security & Access Governance

• Apply zero-trust with identity-based access control.
• Administer RBAC, secrets, mTLS and inter-service security.
• Partner with Security on audits, compliance and remediation.

5) Technical Leadership

• Mentor engineers; champion platform best practices.
• Instill operational excellence: runbooks, incident management, post-mortems, traceability.
• Coach teams in France & India on platform standards.

Requirements :

• Proven leadership of platform/SRE initiatives on AWS + EKS in production.
• Deep expertise: Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps), Terraform.
• Identity & access: Keycloak, OIDC/SSO, RBAC, secrets management.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry; SLI/SLO design & error budgets.
• Service connectivity: Istio/Knative, ingress/controllers, API gateway patterns, mTLS/cert management.
• Release engineering: GitLab CI, canary/blue-green, automated rollbacks, feature flags.
• Coding for platforms: proficiency in Go/Python/Bash (Java is a plus) for tooling and automation; strong PR reviews and standards.
• Security by design: IAM/KMS, image supply chain (SBOM/signing), vulnerability scanning.
• Operations: on-call leadership, incident coordination, blameless post-mortems.
• Communication & stakeholder management with Product/Security/Infra; English fluency and professional French.
• On-site rhythm [5 days/week] in Paris.
